Mr. Matt Petit

Matt Petit is the Mission Lead for economic security at national security/tech company Vannevar. Prior to joining Vannevar, he served nearly 17 years as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State. During his time at State, Petit held overseas assignments in India, Zambia, and Armenia, where he covered Iran. He also managed policy on Somali, Eritrea, Djibouti, and Sudan; manager a team on global counterterrorism; and served as Director for the Sahel on a detail to the White House National Security Council.
