H.E. Maguy Maccario
Her Excellency Maguy Maccario Doyle serves as Monaco’s Ambassador to the United States and Canada and Permanent Observer to the Organization of American States. Appointed by H.S.H. Prince Albert II in 2013, she presented her credentials to President Obama and later to Canada’s Governor General. She is also the Permanent Representative to ITSO.
Previously Monaco’s Consul General in New York and Director of Tourism for North America, Ambassador Maccario Doyle now serves as Vice President of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation-USA and President of the U.S. chapter of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation. A dedicated advocate for women and children, she sits on advisory boards for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has spearheaded Monaco’s “Pioneers and Innovators of Our Time” space-related initiatives since 2016.
In 1996 she received from Prince Rainier the prestigious “Chevalier de l’Ordre de Saint Charles” and was elevated to the rank of “d’Officier de l’Ordre de Saint-Charles" in the 2020 Monaco National Day Honors and was presented with the distinction by Prince Albert.
