Frank Justice

As Vice President for the Center for Diplomatic Engagement, Frank Justice oversees a portfolio that includes foreign diplomats, American diplomats and the next generation of diplomats. He spearheads the organization's convening around emerging technology, space, climate and other global issues that will form the future of diplomacy, while creating diplomacy trainings and other international affairs programming to engage the new wave of diplomats that includes city and state officials, scientists, technologists and business leaders. Frank oversees the annual Meridian Summit and organizes the Diplomacy Forum. He also leads DiplomacyRISE, Meridian’s initiative to strengthen the American international affairs talent ecosystem by providing greater access to critical skills training, career guidance networks and emerging issue expertise to cultivate the next generation of U.S. diplomats that reflect America’s diversity and are equipped with 21st century statecraft skills and knowledge. Prior to his current role, Frank spent over a decade with Meridian’s Center for Global Leadership administering professional study tours as part of the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program. He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from American University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island. Frank and his wife reside in Silver Spring, Maryland, with their three daughters.
